At present, with the worldwide economic integration proceeding in full swing, Chinese deepening economic and social reform is promoting. As incentive mechanism is one of the core contents of modern enterprise system, it becomes the booster of enterprise development and progress.It is because the incentive mechanism is the foundation of modern enterprise operation, it can effectively stimulate staffs work enthusiasm, improve the efficiency of employees per unit time, realize the goal of enterprise development, therefore it has gradually become the focus of enterprise human resource management research.A metallurgical co., LTD. is a private enterprise, which is engaged in the nickel iron, silicon manganese, manganese slag rich alloy production and sales, power generation, logistics, warehousing After several years of construction, it realized the leapfrog development. It not only became the backbone enterprise among the 30 companies in the city, but also tried its best to range 100 enterprises. At present, the company is in the critical period of development, facing both opportunities and threats. It will play a key role for the development of the company to have scientific incentive mechanism. This paper used literature research, questionnaire method and interview method to comprehensively analyze personnel incentive mechanism in A metallurgy co., LTD. The author found out some problems, such as the incentive mechanism of performance evaluation mechanism is unreasonable, compensation system is weak, enterprise culture construction lags and nurturing talent retention mechanism is not scientific. Then with combining the relative theory, it draw lessons from domestic and foreign research of incentive mechanism and analyzed the existing incentive mechanism.
