Based on current financial crisis background, more and more multi-national company began to consider how to localize oversea subsidiary for their better performance and keep survival. For any companies, the fundamental strategy objective is survival forever, it could be developed to two topics:one is how to alive better, and the other is how to keep alive longer. Under global fierce competition, Director of Microsoft, Bill Gates, warned his management team:Only 48 hours can make Microsoft bankrupt. It is obvious that any success companies need to face the topic of survival. The first topic, how to alive better is a very complicated problem. Different company’s management teams have different strategy to solve this issue. Combined with the second topic, how to keep alive longer, corporate strategy will be more complicate, more personally, because it can test entrepreneur’s ability of insight and foresight besides keep balance between short term interest and long term interest.This dissertation focus on comprehensive and systemically research and found out localizedstrategy and solution for KCH(Wuhan) Co., Ltd based on its historical reform and current business circumstance, providing SWOT model and Internal-External Matrix model through macroeconomic environment and microeconomic environment analysis referring to anti-corrosion industry expert’s forecasting and comments, illustrating its tangible resources, intangible resource, and core competence.The conclusion of this research is one fold high-end production and high quality high price policy is the main factor on restricting the development of KCH (Wuhan) Co., Ltd under global financial crisis. It is necessary for KCH (Wuhan) Co., Ltd to adjust development strategy and begin to launch its localized strategy. It is time to adjust corporate strategy, launch localized operation, fade out its parent company’s nationality, seize the opportunities for development, produce localized glamour production with global competence, enhance profitability, create work availability, and meet the stakeholder’s requirements by respecting and understanding Chinese culture, history, custom. In the end of this dissertation, how to operate localized strategy will be analyzed for practical guiding significance, including industrial layout, management model, strategic human resource management, and molding company culture.
