In recent years, many well-known enterprises have achieved rapid growth in overseas through the implementation of localized management strategy, become an international-type large companies. We can achieve full use of local resources, speed up access to the local market, and reduce manage risks in the host country through localization, and then enhancing the company’s competitiveness in the local market and rooted in the local. Our country’s construction enterprises go out earlier compared with other industries, but the degree of localization is lower than other sectors, has always been lack of localized management philosophy. The increasingly competitive in overseas markets as well as the urgency to expand overseas markets require construction enterprises to implement localized management strategy overseas, improve localized management ability to achieve rapid growth in overseas markets.This paper first defined the connotation of localized management, established the theoretical framework of localized management and described the stage process that localized management experienced, in order to constitute a localized management theoretical basis. Secondly, according to the development situation of our country’s construction enterprises and the particularity of the construction enterprises, analyzed the cause of our country’s construction enterprises development problems overseas and the motivation of localized management. Then, analyzed the localized management performance of construction enterprises overseas, and summarizes the experience and Inspiration of the domestic and foreign construction enterprises and other industries, in order to prove the localized management strategy and learn from their successes. Finally, based on the analysis of the previous text, proposed the measures and proposals to enhance the ability of localized management for our construction’s enterprises overseas, aimed at improving the level of localized management for our construction’s enterprises overseas.
