Sales is a hard work including the use of psychology, physical strength and brain, how to make a good deal with customer, it depends on if you can make a good effective communication with them. In the sales process, via effective communication with customer, sales person can find out customer’s need, and fulfill their need and get the orders, and keep a good relationship with customer as well. So for sales person, if you want to make an effective communication, and get the business chance from your customer in the barely few times of meeting, the most important thing is to master the skills and methods of effective communication.This article is based on the related research of effective communication made by domestic and overseas experts, and a lot of live cases happened in the real sales process, it analyzes the influencing factors of effective communication, including studying from the strategic level ---- don’t make enough preparation before communicating, and from the tactical level ---- lack of appropriate communicating skills and don’t knockdown in time after communicating. Based on the influencing factors searches, it raises the countermeasure research on how to make an effective communication in the sales process: First, make an overall preparation before communicating, including mastering enough related customer’s information, making a sales target and plan for each sales and preparing necessary sales tools; Second, apply appropriate communicating skills during communication, including mastering the skills of listening, body languages and face to face talking; Third, make the agreement in time after communicating and make sure the contract contents can be committed mutually.The research of this article helps sales person realize the importance of effective communication, know the influencing factors of effective communication, and summarize the skills and methods when communicating with customer. It helps sales person master the ways on how to make an effective communication, it is very operational and practical.
