M company uses the traditional project management method in the new product.With the increasing marketing competition,more research and development projects must be carry out at the same time.Traditional project management method is not suitable for multi-project requirements.Resource conflict often been happened in the product development phase.It makes most projects delay.So it's important for M company that must find a good project management method for multi-project and solve the problems of traditional management methods.The main reason for the schedule delay is the conflict about the resources allocation in the M company multi-project,and there is no effective countermeasure under the traditional project management method.In this thesis,the author solves the problems of traditional project management based on the application of the critical chain technology in multi-project.Critical chain technology optimize to the project schedule management with the project priority,critical chain in the multi-project,the buffer sizing,resource allocation.The project plan is optimized after using the key chain technology in the multi-project.Finally,after compare the multi-project plan under different project management methods,the author make a summary that the author makes a summary that the critical chain management can solve the problem of the project schedule delay in the traditional project management.He gives some ideas on the further development based on the critical chain management.The critical chain management method can reduce safe time,will be deal with the project uncertainty and optimize the project plan by resource allocation.It can be solved the problem about the multi-project in the traditional project management and optimize the project schedule.
