At present, the gradual deepening of China’s financial reform, more and more financial institutions began restructuring or seek new profit growth point to seek to survive in the highly competitive financial institutions. Reforms in the banking sector should not be underestimated, the interest rate market and gradually increase the pace of bank deposits and poor rely on traditional profit model challenged; CBRC intermediate business banking supervision and management efforts are constantly increasing, how maintaining market share in this highly competitive business and even expand the size of bank is the most important issue facing banks. Especially the four state-owned banks, state-owned institutional factors that lead to administrative ingrained, when competing with the joint-stock banks to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises is a hot topic in the field of practice and theory research. Shenzhen Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as the largest number of outlets, the most extensive coverage of business of the bank at the time of increasing core competitiveness of enterprises is also facing serious challenges.This thesis consists of seven parts, the first part is the introduction, which explained the background and significance of the research; second part of the bank’s core competence theory of basic research; third part is the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shenzhen Branch of the core competitiveness of the status quo analysis; fourth part is the comparative analysis of industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shenzhen Branch of China Construction Bank, Shenzhen Branch of core competencies; fifth part of industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shenzhen Branch core competencies force the existing problems; sixth part of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shenzhen Branch is to enhance the core competitiveness of measures, including upgrading the efficiency of the Shenzhen Branch, Shenzhen Branch, stable quality, optimize Shenzhen Branch incentives, enhance innovation capability and enhanced Shenzhen Branch, Shenzhen Branch employee loyalty and sense of belonging, an increase of high-end customers, Shenzhen Branch loyalty several aspects; part VII of the closing.
