Business in the 21 st century will be the manufacturing and mass production services and information services to the direction of development, for any enterprise, business efficiency and revenue growth depends not only on whether you have a large enough capacity, but more dependent to maximize the company’s products can meet customer needs in terms of quality, functionality, such as integrated aspects. from a variety of studies have shown that higher customer satisfaction can increase the likelihood of repeat purchases of products, reduce transaction costs of various types of investment. Meanwhile, loyal customer satisfaction propaganda minimizes marketing investment to attract new customers, enhance the overall corporate image, promote effective corporate profit growth.This thesis is a lot of data calculation, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the customer satisfaction of FY company. This thesis combined with AHP, using MATLAB software tools and other ways to build a multi-index system and customer satisfaction through customer surveys and sampling weights calculated from the FY Company Satisfaction Index. finally, after the company’s FY estimates derived medium level of customer satisfaction, product quality, service quality and other aspects of the customer made a lot of sound advice, as a key component of the key product failure rates are too high, service and imperfect process. In this regard, the text makes the following recommendations for improvement, including: strong end to the third-party vendor’s control measures, standardized service system building process, strengthen the integrated management of the supply chain, continuing to strengthen the independent innovation system.
