Investigation On Satisfaction Degree Of Electronic Business Registration Of Dongguan And Improvement Countermeasures

Dongguan business reform is a Dongguan of a number of reforms,is to build internationalization,legal business environment breakthrough.Four years after the implementation of the commercial reform of the whole electronic Business registration,is another major convenience of business reform and the initiative,carrying the Dongguan of the Government's determination and courage,so the whole process of electronic business registration satisfaction assessment reflects the concept and characteristics of service-oriented government.But at present,the research on the evaluation of Government public service satisfaction is still in the exploratory stage and lacks the unified satisfaction evaluation system,so the research on the satisfaction of government public service is few and the satisfaction of e-government service is less.In view of this,this paper first on domestic and international customer satisfaction and other related concepts,and then to Dongguan whole electronic business registration as an example to demonstrate,and finally from the evaluation results to carry out the countermeasures.In this paper,according to the specific characteristics of Dongguan Electronic Business registration,this paper constructs the public Satisfaction evaluation System(DPSI)of the whole electronic business registration of Dongguan,and mainly focuses on the following aspects:First,Dongguan the basic concept and theoretical basis of electronic business registration,and analyzes the related connotations of the model.Secondly,the paper expounds at home and abroad,and obtains the Enlightenment of constructing dpsi model,and deeply studies the selection of latent variables and the establishment of the structure relationship among latent variables in the construction of DPSI model.Thirdly,this paper puts forward the specific and real-time operation method for the DPSI model evaluation process.Through the questionnaire design,the data processing and the data reliability verification,thus obtains the satisfaction degree value.The path and result of satisfaction degree are analyzed,which lays a foundation for the proposal.Finally,based on the analysis of the satisfaction result,the improvement measures are proposed from the internal and external parts.In this paper,the public satisfaction is introduced into the Dongguan of the whole Electronic Business registration satisfaction evaluation,combined with the classic American customer satisfaction model,as well as the realistic characteristics of Dongguan Electronic Business Registration The evaluation system of the public satisfaction degree of the whole electronic business registration of Dongguan was established,and the empirical research was carried out.Through the evaluation conclusion,this paper puts forward the prospect of the construction of Dongguan whole electronic business registration.
