With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the construction industry is facing an unprecedented development opportunity.The competition among construction industry is extremely fierce.However,due to the difficult construction environment and the uneven construction site,state-owned construction enterprises are facing The industry characteristics of employees with flexible job changes and their own internal human resource management problems have led to very low employee satisfaction in state-owned construction companies,which has become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of state-owned construction companies.It can be seen that the research on employee satisfaction is of great significance to the improvement of internal management and the promotion of enterprise development by state-owned construction enterprise.The subject of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background,purpose and significance.Through the research status at home and abroad and the research evaluation at home and abroad,the paper briefly reviews the research status of relevant theories at home and abroad,and clarifies the research framework,methods and technical routes.Some of them mainly introduce the relevant theories of employee satisfaction.The theory includes the definition of employee satisfaction,the influencing factors of employee satisfaction,incentive theory and corporate culture,and provides theoretical basis for the next investigation and research.The third part of the thesis firstly presents to everyone.This paper introduces the general situation of A state-owned construction enterprises,and then mainly investigates the satisfaction of employees of A state-owned construction enterprises through questionnaire survey and on-site interview method,and draws the results of the questionnaire.The fourth part of the thesis has the influence A.The main problems of employee satisfaction in construction enterprises are mainly composed of three aspects: enterprise management system,personnel management system and incentive system.The analysis focuses on the characteristics of the company's own nature and the internal human resource management issues.Reason;the fifth part of the paper,elaborate To improve the satisfaction of employees in A constructionenterprises,and provide some guidance and suggestions for improving the satisfaction of employees in A construction enterprises.
