Our country is in the period of social and economic restructuring, customers for the electricity demand tends to be diversified, and further enhance awareness of legal rights, to the service, safety and environmental management standard, transparent requirements are also getting higher and higher. Therefore, power grid enterprises also need to keep up with the pace of the times innovative management method and the service method, and further subdivided by customer group and the demand for electricity, continue to strengthen customer expectation value management to promote customer satisfaction, ensure that enterprises and their stakeholders in harmony and win-win development.In current management methods, enterprise project management is being more and more applications, in the power supply enterprise, power supply service satisfaction enhancement work for a project, in accordance with the production, marketing, infrastructure and the professional technique and methods of management, and continuously improve the user experience, improve customer satisfaction. In order to carry out the work, first of all to carry out customer satisfaction survey, through the investigation and analysis of the current situation and the existence of power supply service, the development of the short board. The power supply service satisfaction survey is to customer demand oriented. Finally by means of sample survey of Yuxi area power supply service satisfaction were survey, from the sample analysis, index analysis and detailed analysis of the survey data showed the satisfaction survey results, according to the conclusion of the investigation is proposed in Yuxi area power supply service satisfaction enhancement measures and suggestions.
