In recent years, Chinese pharmaceutical industry developing rapidly along with the further increase of social productivity. The pharmaceutical industry in our country’s gross domestic product has reached three trillion yuan in 2014,experts expect Chinese pharmaceutical industry total production value can break through 10 trillion in 2020.But this year, growing competition between the pharmaceutical companies with more and more large and small pharmaceutical company was established in our country. In recent years, many manufacturing enterprises want to develop in our country, they introduce and implement amoeba management pattern from Japan. Enterprise is divided into many small groups and independent accounting in these groups under the guidance of amoeba model, so the company can strengthen the consciousness of all staff management, achieve the goal of participation of enterprise management. Enterprises in order to enhance the management performance effectively, so they introduce new business model, in this way enterprise could improve the core competitiveness of enterprises effectively, and create greater economic benefits, so scientific performance evaluation system for enterprises has become more and more important. Enterprise performance evaluation system in our country from the introduction of foreign advanced performance evaluation system and method, but because the management environment and culture of Chinese and western countries have obvious difference, foreign performance evaluation system will appear a lot of problems when it is implemented in China. Therefore, the enterprise should combine the actual development situation, development of a suitable performance evaluation system is very important.This paper consists of six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, introduces the research background and significance, then summarizes the current domestic and foreign research results, presents the research ideas and research methods used, finally studies the innovation and deficiency of this article do a simple exposition. The second chapter defines the concept of performance evaluation, amoeba business model, the theory expounded, and analysis and thinking of amoeba business model, to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of performance evaluation system of LF company; the third chapter starts from the current status of the performance evaluation of LF company analysis, pointed out the existence of certain the problems in the performance evaluation index and environment settings. In the fourth chapter, the present situation of performance evaluation of LF company, combined with amoeba management thought, the performance evaluation index of all levels of the company amoeba group specific analysis, put forward a perfect performance evaluation system of LF company project. Put forward the safeguard measures related to the implementation of the fifth chapter of the performance evaluation system of LF company. The sixth chapter is to summarize the content of the full text and expounds the research prospect.The features and innovation of this research is that Amoeba business model is popular in China. More and more Chinese enterprises began to adopt the amoeba mode. This paper takes Anhui LF company as a case study, research enterprise to build a suitable performance evaluation system after the implementation of amoeba management pattern. For other enterprises, especially the pharmaceutical enterprises and amoeba mode of performance evaluation has important practical significance.
