With the 90 employees enter the workplace, they have become a major part of the hotel staff’s basic services, increasing the role of the hotel industry. However, the characteristics of the 90 employees and the question of hotel management led to the hotel facing 90 employees’ high turnover rates, instability and lack of work motivation and other issues, so that the hotel industry is facing the reality of sharp contradictions. In this study, I will study the 90 employees’ incentives in high-star hotel in Fuzhou and I will build a suitable incentive of 90 employees.It will provide guidance and reference for Fuzhou high-star hotels and other high-star hotel about how to motivate 90 employees.The content of the paper includes a total of seven sections. The first part is an introduction about the background, significance of this research, research ideas and innovation points. The second part I will collate and summarize the theoretical results of existing research about the 90 staff motivation. First,I will introduce the concept and the characteristics of the 90 employees as well as the concept of the incentives. Then I will summarize the theoretical basis of employee incentive.Finally, to sum up research status of the 90 employees incentives.The third part is the case with high-star hotel in Fuzhou to understand the current management problems about 90 employees.In the fourth part I will investigate and analyze the motivators of 90 employees in the high-star hotel in Fuzhou 90 and propose incentives model. The fifth part I will analyze the questionnaire survey results of the 90 employees in high-star hotel in Fuzhou.It will lay the foundation for building incentives. The sixth part,I will build incentives applicable to the 90 employees in high-star hotel in Fuzhou based on the foregoing analysis and findings Finally, I will sum up the conclusions and point out the limitations of the research and issues which should be discussed future.Characteristics of the study is that it analyses and discuses the incentive problem of the 90 employees in Fuzhou high-star hotel based on the use of incentive theory as well as characteristics of the 90 employees,our cultural identity and China’s economic situation.It notes localization studies and has a stronger practical guidance.
