Research On Problems And Improvement Of G Company Management Information System

Enterprise informationization is the promotion and Realization of enterprise system innovation, technology innovation, management innovation, an important means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and the only way which must be passed. In the trend of the deepening of economic globalization today, the enterprise informationization is one of the effective ways to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprise management information system, namely MIS (Management Information System), information technology is the ways and means of modern enterprise management. Through the use of management information system, can greatly improve the management efficiency of enterprises, and ultimately improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Enterprise management information system, often need to be adjusted and optimized according to the deployment of the development situation and strategy of enterprise. With the implementation of the design of information management system, each application system compatibility issues, the design did not consider the expansibility of the system and other issues have been reflected in the business sector, the data information in the isolated existence, data information is unable to share, and there are redundant, eventually led to the "a series of information isolated island "problem" etc.. Enterprises need to solve a series of problems, we need to implement the information optimization scheme, in order to realize the sharing of information resources and business process optimization.In this paper, in view of the current situation of the construction of the management information system of G company and the existing problems are analyzed, in order to understand the information construction in the nature of the problem, and then to propose targeted solutions. The first lists the main problems existing in the current system of G company management information, then from different aspects are analyzed, finally, based on the analysis of the problems put forward step by step solution information optimization. It has very important practical significance to improve the level of enterprise information construction.
