Study On Influences Of Matching Attribute On Human-Information System Interaction Efficiency Under Enterprise Informationization Environment

Under the modern information environment, enterprise informationization gets unprecedented popularization and recognition, information systems are used more and more, and the use frequency is higher than before, the efficiency of human completing tasks using information systems influences the whole enterprise's operation efficiency directly. However, interpret from the view of enterprise informationization construction influence, the result is not ideal, information systems have not bring into play their'roles abundantly, the efficiency of human completing tasks using information systems is low comparatively. Therefore, study on human-information system interaction efficiency under enterprise informationization environment has vital significance regarding the promotion of enterprise competitive power and the enterprise development.On the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign research results, this paper study on the match influence of information processing,task type and system flexibility to the human-information system interaction efficiency under enterprise informationization environment. The first aim is to explore the influence of systems flexibility to users when they complete different tasks in order to choose proper system flexibility to improve human-information system interaction efficiency. The second aim is to explore the differences when different information processing people interaction with different systems.Information processing is measured from three dimensions, memory recovery, cognitive skills and computer self-efficacy in this article, and a three-dimension conceptual model was proposed to illustrate the interaction efficiency. The three dimensions are Information Processing(IP),Task Type(TT)and System Flexibility(SF)which affect interaction efficiency. Three hypotheses were proposed based on the conceptual model, including the interactive efficiency of different experimental conditions.The results show that the three dimensions, Information Processing, Task Type and System Flexible have a clear match: low system flexibility matches skill-task and rule-task, high system flexibility matches knowledge-task in the low information processing group, this match could lead to high human-information system interaction efficiency. Low system flexibility matches skill-task, high system flexibility matches rule-task and knowledge-task in the high information processing group, this match could lead to high human-information system interaction efficiency. The match of task type , information processing and system flexibility will improve the human- information system interaction efficiency.
