LIF Informationization Planning Research

Use information technology to promote Chinese industrialization is the basic strategy to achieve industrialization, Enterprise Information is the main component of Information Construction, the realization of enterprise information is an important part of this strategy. Practice has proven that enterprise information is important ways and means of the development of enterprises and promoting the sustained development.This paper briefly introduces Liaohua Instrument Factory (LIF for short below) profile and organizational structure. The status and the existing problems of LIF management information and Enterprise Information building needs are analyzed. Then, use Nolan model to plan the timing of planning LIF information systems, described the need of LIF management information system planning and identifies the technical route of the management information system planning. Introduce the development strategy of LIF and requirements of development strategies to management information systems. Define targets of management information system planning. Critical success factors (CSFs) of the implementation of LIF management information systems are analyzed.
