(4) the proportion of invention patent Chinese enterprises is not high, the quality of patents lower average level (5) low cooperation of Chinese enterprises patent application, low levels of development and research technology alliance. (6) for nearly 20 years of Chinese enterprises concerned about IPC classification more concentrated, mainly in A61K and A61P classifications.
