With the raw material price is rising continually in the global market, many overseas manufacture enterprise establishes own joint -venture or the sole ownership factory in China, during the domestic enterprise's competition is day by day intense, the product for with the phenomenon which asks more and more is greatly prominent.Along with information further transparent, talented person's unceasing flowing, the technical homogenization tendency is more and more obvious, simultaneously user's personalized demand is more and more obvious, more and more is also high to the delivery request, in order to achieve such request, the enterprise often sacrifices the cost to shorten the delivery. Aerospace power company and all the domestic manufacture enterprise face internal disorder and foreign invasions, reduce the cost,the solution production bottleneck,enhance the output,the shorten delivery,the stop waste,the product quality continue,the realization nimble production,the flexible production,the immediate production,the realization fastdelivery,the enhancement enterprise culture construction stably......Theproduction face so many questions must discover the solution as soon as possible.From this introduces the lean management theory, this article uses the method which the fundamental research and the real diagnosis research, literature reading and the investigation visit, the qualitative investigation and the quantitative investigation unify, this article wrote taken Aerospace power company as the blueprint, through analyzing the enterprise production management each step, discovers the exist question, the analysis question reason, seeks the feasible solution to the problem, make the realizable plan . Making own contribution for the similar enterprise focalized production management research .Not only therefore, enhances the enterprise flexibility manufacturing capacity is the power company, also is the conversion of military technologies and facilities for civilian enterprise, until entire manufacture profession improvement important direction. Meanwhile very good has catered to the lean production management way the manufacture enterprise need to develop, has the very strong practical value.This article has some conclusions in the following aspects:1st, from the system angle and the strategic altitude, introducing the lean production management into Aerospace power company, settling the solid foundation for military technologies and facilities for civilian enterprise.2nd,to establish study organization is the essential condition for implementing the lean production management.3rd, to suggest the company to use the pulling control system, to cooperate the rolling sale demand plan, sells fixes production quotas, is to guarantee the customer demand and the balanced production foundation.4th, take 6S as the foundation, the flow innovation is the basis, the design electronic monitoring system , carries on the production line layout, enhances the production efficiency and the production equilibrium ratios.5th, take the quality policy and the goal as the starting point, the encompassment entire for production process, to formulate quality inspection spot, achieved "prevent in anticipation".6th, from at present material supplying way, become gradually "the dummy zero stock", reduces the inventory , enhance the material the flow.7th, introducing ABC management theory into purchase analysis, and will extend the supplier management.8th, during purchase process, unify the lean management and the bottleneck, prevent short stock risk.
