| Lean Production methods(Lean Production,LP)originated in Japan's Toyota Toyota Production System(Toyota Production System,the TPS for short),is recognized as the industry's most advanced manufacturing mode,its goal is to eliminate waste in the whole Production and operating activities all,low cost,high efficiency,quick response to Production,maximize meet customer demand.ATLAS company is a leading global industrial group,provide compressors,construction and mining equipment,industrial tools and assembly system of innovative products and services.Since entering the 21 st century,facing the customer put forward many varieties,small batch order,customized need,the advantage of ATLAS company original manufacturing system already more and more is not apparent,it is imperative to implement lean production.At first,this article summarizes the related theory of lean production,on the basis of analysis of the Atlas company to implement lean production demand and applicability;Secondly,design a set of suitable for ATLAS company lean production to improve the solution,through the value stream analysis,standardized operation,improve,kanban pull,5S management,total productive maintenance,and training can work practical application case study,and to improve the performance of the assessment;Finally,the paper research conclusion and the study limitations and future research directions are summarized.This paper gives a case study from ATLAS company which has the characteristic of relying no human assembly of large equipment assembly,from which it gives an innovative application of Value Stream Mapping on identifying the value-add and No-value-add links.After that,this paper also gives other innovative uses of Lean production technologies such as pull-production and KANBAN Management on large size equipment assembly environment,and achieved a great improvement effects which can give both a certain practical significance and method guidance to similar domectic manufacturing enterprises. |
