In the fierce market competition, enterprises only have core competitiveness can gain lasting competitive advantage, the core competitive power, make the enterprise have the ability for a long time in the process of providing customer value can be ahead of the competition. High-end manufacturing as the important component of market economy in our country, it must have a strong core competitiveness of sustainable development.FSK company is a specialized research and development, production and sales of automobile transmission of high-end manufacturing enterprise, the enterprise is in rapid development stage, with the rapid development of automobile industry in China, the transmission as a core part of the car the demand is becoming more and more big, how to compete with domestic and international similar enterprises gain long-term competitive advantage, the core competitiveness is the key. Based on FSK company as an actual case, this paper analyzes the FSK company operating condition, points out the existing problems in cultivating the core competitiveness of enterprises, and puts forward improving methods. Trying to FSK company set up a scientific and systematic system of core competence to provide the reference.This paper is divided into five chapters:first chapter, mainly introduced the research background and the research content and method, innovation and deficiencies; The second chapter, the paper introduces the core competence theory, including the concept and characteristics of core competence, constituent elements and the significance of identifying core competitiveness; The third chapter, combining the theory of core competence and the characteristics of China’s high-end manufacturing, summed up the method of identifying and cultivating the core competitiveness of China’s high-end manufacturing. In identifying the core competitiveness, enumerates the value chain theory and porter’s SWOT analysis method; The fourth chapter, FSK company core competitiveness research, including FSK and organizational structure, FSK company’s core competitiveness recognition and cultivation; The fifth chapter, FSK company core competitiveness of the construction of the safeguard measures; The last part is the conclusion of this paper, put forward the lack of research and the prospect of future research.
