Research On The Present Situation, Problem, Countermeasure Of County Economic Development In Guangdong Province

County economy is the basic unit of national economy in China, has an important position in the economic development of our country. From central to local, from urban to rural, county is with the Department of macroand micro, is the central and provincial (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government), city policy applied to the important link of the grassroots. On Guangdong Province, to speed up the development of county economy, strengthen the comprehensive strength of the county economy is an important strategic task, in the future a very longperiod of time.Thirty years of reform and opening up, the county economy of Guangdong province has made great strides in development. Through effort of a few years, the comprehensive strength of the county economy unceasing enhancement, the continuous optimization of the structure of county economy, county financial income and farmers per capita income has steadily improved, the rural landscape is undergoing tremendous changes, the county economy of Guangdong province has entered the stage of development the important. Owing to its geographical location, natural resources, reform and opening up degree and many other factors, Guangdong Province, although the overall economic strength has for many years ranked first in the country, but compared with developed provinces of Jiangsu and Zhejiang and other county economy, county economy is relatively weak, uneven level of economic development is not balanced, the problem is still very serious, especially in the north of Guangdong the mountains behind the phenomenon is very obvious. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of county economy development of Guangdong Province, the overall characteristics, the development of county economy in Guangdong province development pattern, regional characteristics, summarized the situation, find out the weak links of county economic development of Guangdong Province, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.This thesis consists of six parts, first carries on the summary of background and significance of the topic, the present research status at home and abroad study the content, research method and introduction. Then discusses the basic concept of the development of county economy and related theory, and the status quo of economic development of county and the existing problems of Guangdong province. Then, comparing with three national county economic success representative case analysis, and summarizes the experience and enlightenment. Finally put forward the countermeasure of development of county economy in Guangdong Province, including urban and rural as a principle of scientific planning and strategic layout, according to the Pearl River Delta region, eastern Guangdong wings and the mountainous three plate location conditions, development suited to local conditions of agriculture, to solve the "three rural" problems, and from strengthening the construction of industrialization and the training of local advantage industry, encourage and support the private economy, and promoting new urbanization construction and so on several aspects of policies and measures to promote the development of county economy.
