China’s ethnic poor areas,which are relatively backward in economic and social development,are the key to fighting poverty and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Comrade Deng Xiaoping once pointed out,"to promote the development of ethnic minority areas and implement regional ethnic autonomy,if the economy is not done well,then that autonomy is empty.Only in this way can the superiority of the socialist system and the correctness of the party’s guidance of the system of regional ethnic autonomy be fully demonstrated.The application of information and communication technology,especially the third industrial revolution represented by the Internet,has brought unprecedented changes to people’s production and lifestyle.The development of Internet information technology has also effectively promoted the realization of sustainable development of featured economy."Internet+" brings the possibility of leapfrog development and becomes one of the feasible options to promote the economic and social development of China’s ethnic poverty-stricken areas.Jingzhou Miao and Dong autonomous county is one of the key poverty-stricken counties in Hunan province.In recent years,Jingzhou county has made beneficial explorations in the application of "Internet+" to promote the development of the characteristic economy of the county,and achieved good results,which has a distinct sample significance.Stand in the perspective of "Internet+" article,features a Jingzhou Miao and Dong county development as the research object,first of all related literature at home and abroad to study,through literature research and catalogued,develop "Internet+ fusion is high,the use of" Internet+ "is beneficial to promote the development of characteristic economy,especially the minority characteristic economy sustainable development.And then the author selected Jingzhou Miao and Dong autonomous county as an example,aims to understand Jingzhou Miao and Dong autonomous county,under the background of "Internet+" the problem of the development status quo of the empirical study,through field investigation,using unstructured interview way to find the local related personnel to Jingzhou Miao and Dong autonomous county,using the "+" Internet development based on ecological agriculture,the national tourism and trade in goods on behalf of the characteristic economy development of the problems for further verification,found that Jingzhou county in the use of "Internet+" promote ecological agriculture,the national tourism and trade in goods of characteristic economy development has achieved certain success,There are some problems;The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the basic situation of Jingzhou county’s use of the Internet and its understanding of the influence of "Internet+" on the development of featured economy.It was found that Jingzhou county was immature in promoting the development of featured economy with "Internet+" and in using "Internet+".Finally,under the background of "Internet+" promote Jingzhou Miao and Dong autonomous county of characteristic economy development of the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges are analyzed respectively,in combination with the practical situation of Jingzhou county,based on the "Internet+" under the background of countermeasures to promote the development of characteristic economy Jingzhou Miao and Dong autonomous county,including: to improve the "+" Internet environment,increase investment in Internet infrastructure,improve the understanding of "Internet+" masses,accelerate the use of the Internet;Vigorously develop "Internet+" characteristic industries,covering the development of "Internet+" ecological agricultural business enterprises and "Internet+" national tourism development,through the use of new Internet marketing methods,to explore new markets,to promote the formation of a new industrial chain;With the help of "Internet plus",we will make real,detailed and featured economic development work,and use the "Internet plus" platform to build new models of featured economic development.Realize the sustainable development of featured economy in Jingzhou Miao and Dong autonomous county under the background of "Internet+".
