Dongsheng The County Economy Development Strategy Research

County economy which is the intersection and the junction point of the urban economy and the rural economy, plays an important role in the entire national economic system. The16th and17th CPC National Congress proposed "to strengthen the county economy." Comprehensive, thorough and front researching on the county economy’s development has the very vital significance regarding our country’s economic development. Dong Sheng area positioning center city which has plenty of resources and extending city and area superiority, walked out scientific development road of "city drives and promotes industrialization". The overall economy ranked first among municipality of Nei Meng Gu.In this paper, based on the analysis of the natural conditions, industrial development, urban and rural services as a whole and the status of economic development, we excavated many problems of economic development in Dong Sheng area:the industrial structure needs to be further escalated; industrial contribution to economic growth need to be further improved; urban and rural development need to be further accelerated; science and technology investment need to be further strengthened; financial supervision need to be further strengthened; talents need to be further attented, and so on. It is of significance to study these problems and put forward feasible policies.Using the basic principles and theories of regional economics, learning from the existing research, we adopted the SWOT analysis of strategic management approach, and in-depth studied advantages and disadvantages of urban and rural development as a whole and industries development of Dong Sheng regional economic development and its favorable conditions and constraints. On the basis of the economic development strategy for Dong Sheng the guiding ideology, basic principles and strategic objectives was located, and from the macro-economic, industrial development, SMEs and urban and rural development as a whole we put forward specific countermeasures and policy recommendations, so as to supply for reference for exploring the road of development suitable for Dong Sheng area and improving the regional economic development of Dong Sheng.
