The Research On Guang Dong Participate In B&R Initiative

With the continuous development of Chinese politics, economy and culture, the current Chinese international status is rising rapidly since the reform and opening up.More and more countries dare not neglect the existence of China in handling international affairs. It is the background that China will play more active role in the international arena, China put forward his strategy "The Belt and Road", the strategy will not only bring China new development prospects, and will bring new opportunities for the prosperity and development to all countries in the world. At the same time, it fully reflects Chinese courage to assume the responsibility of a big country, it also shows that China is willing to play a positive effect of power strategy in the international arena and promote the world development, this is consistent with the China foreign policy aim to safeguard world peace and promote common development between each other.The thesis takes GuangDong to participate in the B&R Initiative as the breakthrough point. Firstly, let’s understand the theory of the B&R Initiative and present the positive significance that Guangdong to participate in the B&R from the three aspects of politics, economy and culture, then analyzes the Guangdong advantage are the largest economy with the high status in China, great geographic location with good cultural characteristics, pointing out the disadvantages are the unbalanced development of regional economy, the problems of resources and environment and the extensive manufacturing problems. Finally, based on the advantages and disadvantages of Guangdong foundation, GuangDong take the opportunity to participate in the "The Belt and Road" strategy construction, should try to complement each other and achieve the balanced development. According to thethe B&R Initiative and the reality of Guangdong, we should follow the strategic guidelines, there have three measures for Guangdong to participate in the B&R Initiative strategy construction, first is to establishing the rule of law for development,second is to focus on economic construction for win-win development between countries, third is to enhance cultural exchanges for better human environment. In legal construction, we can maintain the social justice, to increase the transparency of the government, to maintain the clean government. Focusing on the economy develop,there have enhancing its real economy construction, optimizing the investment structure, strengthening the driving effect of large projects, encouraging the outstanding enterprises to participate in the project construction, promoting the industrial upgrading and adjustment, strengthening the cooperation about infrastructure construction, promoting the trade flow, financing, cooperating the development of tourism economy. In culture exchanges we can enhanced the regional culture exchanges and strengthen the regional academic cooperation and exchanges between each other.
