Study On The Specialized Agriculture And Development Of County Economy In Dong Gang City Liao Ning Province

To develop rural economy and adjust the structures of agriculture and rural economy structure as well as increase farmer's income are the basic ways in fully realizing a well-off society in the countryside. Nowadays,the development of agriculture has entered a new stage when the comprehensive productivity of agriculture zooming continuously in china .A historical changing has taking place in the supplying of the agricultural production which is from shortage of the long term to the balance of the total amount . However ,with the changing in supply and demand of agricultural products ,the development of agriculture is doubly restricted to the resource and market which in the end leading to difficulty in selling agricultural products, lower prices and farmers incomes increasing slowly .After most farmers have solved the problem of food and clothing, and the supply of agricultural products maintained a basic balance, it has become burning and outstanding problems to improve agricultural efficiency, optimize the agricultural structure and increase the income of the farmers. To solve the following issues, such as the irrationally agricultural structure and the slow growth in income of the farmers, our country have begun to carry out strategic restructurings and deployments in recent years. An important means of the adjustment is to market demand-oriented, make full use of agricultural comparative advantages of each area, rationalize the regional distribution of agricultural production, develop distinctive agricultural, form a large-scale, specialized production patterns gradually. Developing regional characteristics and precision agriculture is becoming a development trend of developing agricultural potential, and enhancing the competitiveness of traditional agricultural areas. In response to this change and trends, some measures, for example, exploring how to exploit the particular advantages of each region, developing distinctive agricultural, enabling the dynamic integration of the development of distinctive agricultural and regional economy, summing up and searching for the developing patterns of distinctive agricultural, are certainly of important theoretical and practical significance for the rapid ,stable and healthy development in agricultural economy ,they are also of great significance to cultivating new economic growth points in rural areas and improving the income of the farmers.This thesis discussed the function of the specialized agriculture on the county economy of Dong Gang city based on the research of special agricultural economy development in Dong Gang city. However ,for the special natural conditions, land conditions, geographical conditions, high-yield problems have not be resolved in the impact of a long time. The problems lead to the slow pace of the agricultural characteristics economic development, and has also seriously hampered the city's economic and social development. These has become the major factor which placed a big restriction on increasing famer's income .So this article explored the relationship between specialized agriculture and county economy and mainly interpreted the significance of the specialized agriculture on improving the county economy development through the explanation on the conception of specialized agriculture and related theories. And also, this paper analyzed the effective ways and aims which could realize the cross- development of county economy.Based on the above theoretical analysis and demonstration ,I analyzed the factors of developing specialized agriculture in Dong Gang city and investigated the present situation of it. This paper mainly analyzed the natural factor, policy factor , labor factor, market factor etc. which may affect the development of Dong Gang city. Above this discussion, this thesis drew the conclusions as follows: To strengthen regulation and guidance and play the role of government, especially strict control on the promotion in the industrial projects and advantages of the choice of projects. To strengthen the guidance of training in new agricultural technologies and really pay attention to the guidance and direction of production, processing, transportation and storage. Through the extensive publicity to increase awareness of the broad masses of peasants brand name to raise awareness of safe production of agricultural products. To encourage farmers to develop characteristic economy according to market principles, improve the degree of farmer organizations and strengthen the leading agricultural enterprise development, positive guidance, support and development of voluntary organized by the farmers of professional associations, production and marketing teams, professional cooperatives and other forms of professional co-operation of farmers economic organizations. To Innovate operating mechanism and mode of operation, and gradually establish a farmers and their cooperative economic organizations as the main agricultural social service system. To Increase investment in rural farmers, strengthen rural infrastructure .To improve the fight against natural disaster risks. To increase the promotion of scientific research and technological inputs, improve agricultural methods to promote innovation and accelerate the pace of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in agriculture, increase agricultural science and technology content, in developing the scientific basis of planting and breeding habits by improving the quality of agricultural products to obtain a better economic efficiency.
