Therefore the development of the fine management of real estate enterprise cost to the enterprise itself has the important significance of existence. The establishment of a sound system of cost management, cost accounting subject development, design stage cost fine management, dynamic cost fine management has been in the actual project implementation and achieved a more significant control effect; fine management, target cost contract planning management gradually in the practical work and applied in improvement.This thesis is mainly in the concrete practice process in the company refined the fine management measures and suggestion for TH company, can provide some reference for the different real estate enterprises, but because of the different, real estate enterprise in which the background of the development of different scale, different regions, different market environment, including its fine management the content will also is different, the method must through the management in the practice of continuous exploration, improvement, alternative means to find a suitable for enterprise development needs its own cost control of fine management, and in the process of practice test, modification, dynamic adjustment, to meet the needs of enterprise cost fine management.
