This paper mainly describes the performance and salary management system of ZYT company, which aims at finding the problems existing in the present performance and salary management system, changing the present performance and salary management system, building theperformance and salary management system which matches the present development stage of the company in order to lay the foundation for the strategy and steadily growth of the company.Although ZYT company has accumulated some experience in human resource management since its establishment, talents selection mechanism, performance and salary management system and training system haven’t been built yet, and the workers haven’t had clear work goals and working enthusiasm.Aiming at the present condition of human resources management among this company, the author knows the viewpoints and demands of workers on the present statusquo of human resources management by questionnaire and onsite interviews, then understands the expectation and change direction of future human resources management through communicating with senior managers. In addition, the problem diagnosis of human resources and the working process problem have also been studied and analyzed through analyzing the present organizational structure.Meanwhile, the author combines her own experience of human resources management, applying the methods of theory and practice, dissecting the status quo of performed performance appraisal and salary management system, suggesting that the company should establish normative performance management circulating system and salary management mechanism which matches the current development of the company,and lays a good foundation for building completed performance and salary management system through redesigning the organizational structure of the company, improving the establishment for job description, personnel selection and promotion mechanism.
