Since the 1990s, the study and practice of knowledge economy gradually from the macro level to the micro level, the academy began to study the microscopic foundation of the knowledge economy, as the companies implementing the knowledge management and other issues, the business community is also actively exploring how knowledge management to face the challenges and great opportunities on the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge management is a complex organizational phenomenon, and it's limited to understand the existing literature on the effective practice of knowledge management and it takes too much focuses on technical perspective (Information Technology) and it overlooked management perspective (organizational factors) studies, it is so not in-depth that particularly for knowledge what the study of the management needs of the organizational structure, the lack of reliable basis on the positivism. How to achieve more effective enterprise knowledge management will involve a wide range of factors. This study examines the organizational structure to the role of knowledge management, knowledge management and organizational performance and the relationship between knowledge management and organizational structure in the performance of the medium between the effects were studied.The main conclusions of this study are:1. The relationship of the organizational centralization, the organizational formalization and the organizational complexity and the performance is positive correlated;2. Knowledge management activities model has five dimensions, which are: knowledge acquisition, knowledge application, knowledge innovation, knowledge dissemination and knowledge storage; Knowledge management can forecast the organizational performance. Knowledge acquisition, knowledge application, knowledge innovation, knowledge dissemination and storing knowledge can be a significant impact on organizational performance;3. Organizational structure determines the level of knowledge management, organizational centralization and the organizational formalization takes good effects to organizational performance and the implementation of knowledge management. Although the organizational complexity takes good effects to the performance, it is not conducive to the relevance between the organizational complexity and the knowledge management which has not been proved;4. Knowledge management play the positive intermediary effect between the organizational centralization and organizational performance, there is the same effect on the organizational formalization. But it is not proved there is the intermediary effect between the organizational complexity and organizational performance.
