During the rapid development of modern logistics, warehousing and distribution has become an important factor which have influences on economic growth and profit of enterprise. Multiple warehouse is used for getting the maximum storage space to save the use of land, so that whether the cost of transportation time and the efficiency of storage transportation is rational has become the issue that enterprises pay attention to specially.In this paper, multi-warehouse is divided into two functional areas:storage and transient area. First, I extract static information from historical orders, and establish optimized model which is based on store location of product turnover rate, and use integer programming model algorithm to get solution. Considering that most static environment research is based on the assumptions where product flows smoothly, this paper turns further to the research which is based on cyclical dynamic environment. I pick for the first time according to the integrate data of orders in cycles, and establish optimized model which is based on the transient area that cost the shortest picking time, the use ACO to get solutions. Later I consider the product dependencies, and use product correlation position transformation strategy to assign product which has strong correlation to the adjacent location in order to reduce the searching and transportation time. Finally,100 orders are generated to test storage layout, and make analysis on the results.The research results show that for multi-warehouse, that picking for the first time according to the integrate data of orders in cycles has a positive impact on reducing the vertical transportation picking time, and take the relevance of the product into consideration abundantly when assigning product to adjacent location, and finally achieve the ideal results in dynamic demand environment.
