A Study On Operation Management Of IRTOUCH Company

With the accelerating of globalization and the quickly developing of science and technology, the competition becoming increasingly fierce among the enterprises, It become the urgent dema-nd to improve the competitiveness through utilizing the advanced technology and management. Present the number of SMEs around 87.2% in China, So it is significant how to improve Chinese economy through enhancing the management level of SMEs. Crown Corporation is a typical re-presentative of China SMEs, I will take it as the object to analyse and improve themanagement, Also, can share the result as the reference for other similar SMEs.In this paper, the analysis proceed from the crown’s current operations management status, the process have three features:multi variety, small batch and multi batch, after analyzing the process, try to find the problem existing in the effective output. My studying base on the theory of TOC, supply chain management, quality management, site management, integrated the met-hods of literature analysis, interview, field survey and graphic, diagnose the key factors impacted the output and design the new operation system with high-efficient, high flexibility and low-cost. Final, I hope the studying result isn’t only improving the crown’s competitiveness, but also pro-vide the reference for other SMEs.
