Study On The Problem Of Equipment Management In DPC

Since the 21 st century, economic globalization has quickened significantly. As One of the pillar industries in many countries around the world, petrochemical industry has entered a new period of development. Under the new market economy environment, petrochemical enterprises are facing pressure of new competition in the market and their own survival and development. The new situation requires companies to own benefit to management, and to the fine management. Equipment management is an important part of enterprise management, is also the key of raising productivity. How to effectively promote equipment management level, and improve the economic benefit of equipment management, and reduce equipment management cost, is the subject for enterprise's need to study continuously.In this paper, on the basis of consulting a large number of equipment management related information, from the status of the equipment management of Daqing Petrochemical Company, the equipment management is studied through research, visiting, discussion and questionnaire form. This paper analyzes the current outstanding problems that exist in equipment management in DPC, such as management of unit operation term, maintenance management, spare parts management, site management. This paper also analyzes the causes of problems.And it also optimize the design of equipment management system in DPC. At last,this paper puts forward some countermeasures accordingly, and provides the beneficial reference for the enterprise in equipment management.
