Research On The Comparative Analysis And Optimization Design Of The Leisure Agriculture Development Pattern In Mianzhu

Mianzhu has rich leisure agricultural resources, in recent years, under the background of the rapid development of the national economy, the sustained growth of people’s income and the rising demand for leisure consumption, the leisure agriculture in Mianzhu enters a new stage of rapid development. However, the problems are worth of being further researched. How is the development pattern of the leisure agriculture in Mianzhu? Whether it meets the new requirements of the leisure agriculture development under the current background? How to realize the healthy and sustainable development of leisure agriculture of Mianzhu?The thesis, based on the theoretical research on the development of the leisure agriculture and established in the experience economy value and the overall development of quality of the leisure agriculture by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), builds the comparative analysis index system of the typical development pattern of Mianzhu leisure agriculture. It deeply analyses the present situation and the feasibility of the three kinds of typical development pattern of the leisure agriculture of Mianzhu, from the four aspects:basic conditions, product characteristics, management level, leisure experience, and puts forward the optimization design idea of the leisure agriculture development pattern of Mianzhu, in order to solve the problems in the process of leisure agriculture development in Mianzhu.The full thesis can be divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction, elaborates the background, significance, methods and ideas of the research about this thesis. The second part is about the research on the relevant theoretical basis of the leisure agriculture, mainly summaries the concept, the development pattern and the theoretical support of the leisure agriculture. The third part is the research on the present situation of Mianzhu leisure agriculture development, including the basic conditions, the leisure agriculture resources, and the leisure agriculture management situation, and analyses the Mianzhu leisure agriculture development conditions by SWOT analysis. The fourth part is the comparative analysis of Mianzhu leisure agriculture development pattern, introduces the comparative analysis index system of the typical development pattern of leisure agriculture to carry on the contrast analysis and evaluation about the leisure agriculture development pattern depending on the scenic spot of Jiulong Town, the leisure agriculture development pattern depending on the folk culture of Xiaode Town, and the leisure agriculture development pattern depending on the industrial base of Zundao Town. The fifth part is the optimization design of Mianzhu leisure agriculture development pattern, puts forward the improve countermeasures of Mianzhu leisure agriculture development from the aspects of the infrastructure, product design, market positioning, the marketing, the management etc. and makes the specific optimization design of the leisure agriculture development pattern depending on the scenic spot of Jiulong Town, the leisure agriculture development pattern depending on the folk culture of Xiaode Town, and the leisure agriculture development pattern depending on the industrial base of Zundao Town.
