Research For The Development Pattern Of Leisure Agriculture In Qing Dao

Nowadays, the constant development of industrialization and urbanization has givenbirth to the ecological environment deteriorating rapidly and individuals’ livingpressure surging. Under this circumstance, an increasing number of city dwellers owna strong desire to for returning to nature and enjoying green life, which can help themto release stress and get enough recovery. Then, the Agriculture Leisure Tourismwhich conforms to the citizens’ requirement has been emerging rapidly in recentyears.The Agriculture Leisure Tourism is a combination of primary industry and tertiaryindustry which combines agriculture with tourism. This kind new kind new industrytakes the leisure as the objective, takes the agriculture as the foundation, takes theservice for revenue, and takes the citizens as their mainly clients. At present, theAgriculture Leisure Tourism has attracted a large number of attentions across theworld, and it has become a new economic growth point through the citizenconsumption. In addition, the Agriculture Leisure Tourism can also promote thedevelopment of rural construction, and increase the revenue for farmers.This essay firstly explored several basic problems concerning the Agriculture LeisureTourism, and defined the conception of leisure agriculture. Then we not only analyzethe background and the evolution of the Agriculture Leisure Tourism, but also fingerout the positive aspect for the countryside construction; Based on the theoreticalresearch, based on the analysis and differentiation of resources superiorities in QingDao, this paper provides several development patterns and correspondent evaluationfor them.Then this thesis initially analyses the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat ofthe agriculture leisure tourism in Qing Dao by using the SWOT analytic method;while we also compare the different construction modes of Agriculture LeisureTourism in Japan, Germany, the United States, Taiwan, Beijing and other countries and regions,and summarize their experience to make reference for our essay.Finally, this article analyzes the main problems facing in the agricultural leisuretourism development in Qing Dao, and provides the improvement measures andrationalize proposal to solve the credit problems, promote industrial cluster, as well asestablish standardized policy system and tourism information platform.
