With the development of market economy, people’s living standards greatly improved, real estate became a necessity for human consumption,Especially the being married Big Three had gone from watches, sewing machines and bicycles to houses, cars and money, although this is friends’ laugh, but it is undeniable, as compared to the early days of this stage of the real estate transactions became faster and more,Increased trading volume and high-profit make real estate companies also increased significantly, especially in recent years, the arrival of multinational companies and the financial crisis make the real estate industry average profit greatly reduced, the real estate industry began to enter the Silver Age after the Golden Age. Compared to the golden age, the real estate industry in silver age,the competition will become more intense and more diverse. In such a case, if the real estate company want to maintain and develop themselves, they need to strengthen their own management, after all, the external environment is no longer what it was before extensive.And strengthen its management need companies change the original style of extensive growth within the enterprise reform, and to improve the performance of enterprises, so that the real estate business will be able to ride out the Silver Age. SD estate company is one of thousands of this real estate enterprises, naturally, it can not escape the constraints of the environment, thus in order to develop, SD real estate companies must strengthen internal performance assessment, change the original extensive growth, in order to achieve this purpose, it is necessary to re-design the staff appraisal system after knowing SD estate company’s performance appraisal system.This article is divided into three parts: the first, introductory part.
