Research On The Problems Of Land Use In Our City Fringe Area Under The Background Of The Urbanization

Since the founding of new China, our urbanization experienced natural development stage, stagnation stage, slow development stage and rapid development stage. As a carrier of city spatial expansion, urban fringe land plays a decisive role for the development of the city. The rapid speed of urbanization leads a series of problems:blind explanation of land size、Irrational structure of land use、serious pollution of soil、land especially farmland reduces quickly etc. These are seriously hindered the process of China’s urbanization. Therefore,it has the important practical significance for further study of the urban fringe land use.This paper combines of theoretical research and empirical analysis, establishing the analysis framework of land use in urban fringe of the big city. Not only explains the land use in our urban fringe of big city and management model in abroad, but also combines with case to describe current situation of land use in our urban fringe with specific data. Different from the past study,the paper designs a set of evaluation urban fringe land use plan. In addition, the paper takes the fringe land of Beijing as an example, establishing the multi factor comprehensive evaluation model from four perspectives, such as economic benefits、social benefits、ecological benefits and comprehensive benefits, to analyses and values the influence factors. The results showed that the factors of distance, natural condition, function, the level of economic development lead to the different levels of land use efficiency in urban fringe lands.In the face of the high level urbanization and unreasonable using fringe land issues, this paper presents the corresponding policies and recommendations from the institution,technology, ideas to solve the unreasonable fringe land use situations. It hopes to establish a scientific urbanization road.
