The thesis, titled as “Research on market development strategy of postal E-commerce packet”, integrates the reference to the exploration of some scholars to related issues with the current development condition of domestic express delivery markets. On the basis of field research, it conducts in-depth analysis on postal E-commerce packets, researches the specific thoughts and methods in its market development strategy and seeks out the problems existing in its practice process and corresponding solutions so as to to provide some constructive suggestions for the creative development of postal E-commerce packet market and find out some scientific and operable solutions.The thesis develops around the subject of “Research on market development strategy of postal E-commerce packet” and narrates according to the order of six chapters.Chapter I is the introduction which explains the research background and significance of the thesis and then elaborates its research suppositions and logical structure.Chapter II mainly discusses the research category and theoretical basis of the thesis.The research category mainly covers the three aspects of express delivery, strategic management and development strategy while the theoretical basis mainly includes the three aspects of enterprise strategy theory, development strategy theory and competitive strategy theory.Chapter III makes a comprehensive analysis of the environment for the strategy of postal E-commerce packet. Firstly it gives an introduction to the basic conditions and development process of postal E-commerce packet. Then it analyzes from the the two aspects of macro and micro environment of postal E-commerce packet and finally finds out the present market strategy environment for postal E-commerce packet.Chapter IV mainly discusses the analysis and choice of market development strategy for postal E-commerce packet. Firstly on the basis of the analysis results obtained from the the previous three chapters concerning the environment of market development strategy for postal E-commerce packet, this chapter adopts SWOT analysis method to conduct SWOT matrix analysis for postal E-commerce packet, so as to formulate several market development strategies appropriate to the reality of postal E-commerce packet, from which the most suitable market development strategy or strategies are selected.In order to guarantee that the selected market development strategy can be implemented smoothly, Chapter V adopts measures such as optimizing organizational structure, enhancing core competitiveness, integrating multiple marketing patterns,improving the whole capacity of the workers, stressing the establishment of corporate brand, etc. to guarantee.Chapter VI is the conclusion and expectation. Through the aforesaid analysis, it makes some analysis and suggestions for the market development strategy of postal E-commerce packet, hoping to provide some reference for future development of postal enterprises and promote their development.
