A Study Of Farmland Changing And Its Impact On The Comprehensive Grain Production Capacity Of Anhui Province

The level of the comprehensive grain production capacity is related to the country’s grain supply security, therefore, seeking the method of the comprehensive grain production capacity building is deeply related to the independence of the whole country, the harmonious of the society and the diazepam of the politics. As one of the basic inputs of grain production, farmland will influence the grain production’s quantity and quality. However, along with the acceleration of social development, the construction of urban and the developing industry encroach a large number of farmland, the task of sticking the red line of ’1.8 billion mu"farmland is becoming more and more difficult, the grain production safety will be much more difficult. Along with the destruction to the natural environment, the punishment of nature on farmland makes more and more land is becoming sandy and saline-alkalized. Therefore, the change of farmland quality effected on productive forces of farmland, especially the effect on the comprehensive production capacity of grain cannot be ignored.Anhui province is one of the important grain production and output provinces, it is its responsibility to guard the national food security. Also Anhui province plays an important role to stabilize the grain production of china. Therefore, exploring the change of farmland in Anhui province is of important the oretical guiding significance to protect the grain security of Anhui province or even the country.This article mainly includes five modules, and can be divided five chapters. It is integrated studied influence of the farmland resource changing on the overall grain production capacity. This paper first introduced the background and social significance of the topic, contents and methods, proposed the technical route of this study, expatiated the rationality and scientific nature of the topic. Through the study of relevant literature, confirmed the conception, and analyzed the theoretical basis of the thesis. And the following two chapters, firstly, we made an analysis of the natural and social survey of Anhui Province. Secondly, we conducted an empirical study based on the impact of the changing of farmland area and quality on comprehensive grain production capacity. Among them, a contact equation model is adopted when analyzed the influence of the change of farmland resources on grain production, and three stage least square (3SLS) in the system estimate method is used to estimate and forecast model better. Finally, we concluded the article, and propounded some suggestions and strategy of the protection of farmland resource and grain safety guarantee.In this paper, by building a complete research and analytical framework, we deeply analyzed the changing of cultivated land resources in Anhui Province. Through the empirical study, this paper discussed the influence of cultivated land on the comprehensive grain production capacity. Hope that through the analysis and research, the paper can guide and help the sustainable use of cultivated land resources and the safe grain production in Anhui Province. We also hope that the analysis and the study can be instructive and meaningful for the formulation of grain safety production strategy and the policies to use the land effectively in Anhui province.
