The Study On The Safety Culture In Coal Mine Based On Safety Performance

The creation of safety culture is the important measure to improve the safetyperformance in coal mine. In order to study the safety culture of coal mine based onsafety performance and reveal the mechanism of the impact from safety culture to safetyperformance, this paper build the model of relationship between safety culture, miners’safety attitude and safety performance in the coal mine background. Combination ofqualitative and quantitative research methods, according the interview research to thetarget companies and questionnaire test facilities, also using data analysis software suchas SPSS17.0and AMOS7.0to analyze the data collected and modeling assumptions.Hypothesis model is tested through structural equation model. The main conclusions areas follows:(1) Make questionnaire of Coal Mine Safety Culture Questionnaire. Thequestionnaire has high reliability and validity and can be used to measure the coal minesafety culture.(2) Construct relational model of safety culture, miners’ safety attitude and safetyperformance. Relational model has some explanatory power in the study of themechanism for the impact from safety culture to safety performance. The results showthat the total effects from safety value to safety Participation behavior and safetysubmission behavior through safety awareness and safety emotion are0.39,0.17. Thetotal effects from safety habit to safety Participation behavior and safety submissionbehavior through safety cognition are0.19,0.16. The total effects from safetyenvironment to safety submission behavior through safety emotion are0.22. The totaleffects from safety leadership to safety Participation behavior and safety submissionbehavior through safety emotion and safety commitment or the direction are0.43,0.37.(3) Put forward the intervention measures of the creation of safety culture of coalmine based on safety performance. Which Include the fostering of safety leadership andemployees’ safety emotion，employees’ safety behavior strengthen training，improvemine’s safety environment cultural and stimulating employees’ safety innovationbehavior.
