Research On Optimizaton Strategy Of Energy Companies Based On Vertical Integration Of Coal And Electric Power Industry

In the energy industry development in our country, the coal industry and power industry are two basic industries, and the energy development policy is "the coal industry as the main body, and the power industry as the center". More than 70% in the power supply structure, is the thermal power, and 60% of the annual coal output is used to generate electricity. Smooth power output and prices has a profound relationship with the development of national economy. The coal and power in the contradiction of supply and demand has caused the power supply tension, "coal and electricity integration" is considered to be the most effective way to resolve this contradiction, and attracts the widespread attention. Electricity integration abides by the future trend of the development of the coal and electric power industry. The organic combination of coal and power in the future is beneficial to realize the complementary advantages, solve the contradictions between the two sides, and obtain the healthy and stable development of the industry, the main purpose of China’s established electricity integration project is to promote the development of economy, the adjustment of the main line is the new configuration of resources. Through the integration, the cooperation will be stable and coal price can also be stable, Both sides tries their best to avoid the occurrence of electricity shortage problem. And electricity integration as a dynamic process of industrial convergence, the operation of each link will continue to appear all sorts of contradictions, these contradictions need to properly address, and then form a virtuous, long-term cooperation. In this paper, the author will analyze the three models of integration strategy and target enterprise (Huainan Mining Group, Zhangze Power Company, North United Power co.) and conduct the thorough research to the coal electricity integration and its development strategy, in-depth analysis of enterprise environment and conditions for the development of integration of coal faces, aiming at different stages of the situation faced by the enterprise. The author want to through to the typical energy enterprises to carry out the strategy of coal and electricity integration experience and lesson, bring enlightenment to other trade company, and in the ongoing reform and competition in order to achieve better and faster development.Through research, the author carried on the extensive investigation on Huainan Mining Group, Zhangze Power Company, North United Power co., their development situations, and the study provides first-hand information on their development trends and conditions in terms with the integration strategy, and provide the basis for strategic choice and formulation. In addition, according to the energy development situation and the national industrial policy, the author summarizes the target enterprise in carrying out the integration of practical experience, also can improve the field discussed in this paper, in order to pass the systemic thinking and provide reference for domestic enterprises to carry out the electricity integration strategy.
