A Research On Coordinated Development Between New Urbanization And Farmers’ Income In Dehua County

The problem of agriculture, rural ecomomy and farmers is a issue of social development in our country. It is the top priority work for our party and country at present. But the problem of farmers is the core of the problem of agriculture, rural ecomomy and farmers. And the problem of increasing farmers’ income is the key to the problem of farmers. Increasing farmers’ income and narrowing the gap between urban and rural is not only related to the benign development of our national economy and society, but also related to the strategy target of building a well-off society on an all-round way and the construction of new urbanization can be smooth realization or not. New urbanization is the fundamental path to increase farmers’ income and promote urban and rural overall development.This paper takes the construction of new urbanization as the breakthrough point, takes the dehua county in fujian province as the object of study.This paper adopts some research methods such as literature method, questionnaire investigation method, quantitative analysis method, qualitative analysis method, empirical analysis method etc in the process of research. This paper makes a research around the problem of coordinated development between the construction of new urbanization and increasing farmers’income. This paper argues that the urbanization developing process is faster, the urbanization level is higher, but the level of farmers’ income is low and the gap between urban and rural areas in dehua country. The farmers’ income and urbanization construction influence and promote each other in Dehua county. The main factors that restricting the coordinated development between new urbanization and farmers’income in dehua county are unbalanced fiscal investment, urban-rural dualism,unreasonable industrial structure, unsound logistics in urban and rural areas, etc. The writer considers that farmers, government and society should participate in the new urbanization construction and new rural construction together in order to promote the development of new urbanization and increase farmers’ income.
