| With China’s telecom market will gradually open up, all communications operators will face fierce market competition, and the 4G value-added business into the preheating period of high-speed development in previous, competitive environment more complex and intense, more and more scholars realize the enterprise internal management communication is the key to the rapid development of enterprises, and strengthen the analysis of the factors the enterprise internal management communication obstacles, build communication mechanism to improve the internal management.LT Dalian company was founded in 2008, is a major domestic telecom operators, but in recent years the city of Dalian telecommunication market competition, company’s traditional business broadband and line first in market share, and the complaint rate is among the highest in the forefront of the industry. In addition, the expansion of company size, also increase the company’s internal management communication difficulty, so the research on the main problems of internal management of the company and make communication mechanism corresponding internal communication management has become one of the development of the company needs to be solved urgently.Based on this, this paper takes LT Dalian company as the research object, combined with the related theory of management communication, and according to the characteristics of the internal management of LT Dalian branch of communication, using the method of questionnaire survey, system analysis the factors of enterprise internal management communication obstacles, and to establish a set of effective internal management communication mechanism and guarantee measures.The conclusion of this study will not only help to improve the situation of LT Dalian company internal management communication, but also can enrich the related theoretical research, and to provide guidance and reference for other domestic telecommunication enterprises to solve the similar problems. |
