The Risk Management For Large International EPC Project

With the globalization development, China has gradually become one part of the world main power actors. At the same time, China construction enterprises also actively take part in the projects located in other countries as faster as possible, and mainly focus on the large international EPC project. While we are exciting for so many opportunities, we have to acutely aware the risk hidden in them. Unfortunately, our construction enterprises mostly develop in the extensive form with the shortcoming of the risk identification and risk management, especially for the large international EPC project. In order to develop more healthly and orderly for these future projects,I specially choose Large International EPC Risk Management as my research orientation.This Article comparative studies the current risk identification and risk analysis methods at home and abroad, find the distance and problems of the risk management research method between China and developed countries. Consequently, it starts from risk identification combined with foreign advanced experience, synthetically applys in AHP and FAHP as the theoretical foundation and basis for large international EPC project risk management combined with case analysis, builds up the quantitative model to conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, puts forward the risk management and control method for the international EPC project and points out the effectiveness and values of this method in the actual project application.This Article provides an beneficial help for the Large International EPC Project in the project preparatory phase and implementation phase.
