Research On The BOT Model Of RV Campground’ Financing

RV travel is a new tourism product, which can provide personalized and a variety of travel services. RV travel includes RV, RV campgrounds and tourist routes. RV campground is an important carrier of RV camping life, because it can provide a variety of supplies for the RV and organize colorful recreational activities. At this stage, investment is the most serious problems to be solved in the development of RV campground. Land issue is the biggest obstacle in the investment. Therefore, this paper attempts to introduce the BOT model to RV campground to solve the investment and land issue.This paper studies the development of RV campground by survey interview and questionnaire. Analyze the status of RV tourism development. Research the RV campground project based on the BOT from theoretical aspect and practical aspect. Draft the BOT model diagram of RV campground. Private capital can supply RV campgrounds in the form of BOT model because it belongs to quasi-public good. The land problem can be solved in the RV campground construction by transferring the land legitimately in BOT model. During the operation management in RV campground, put forward the new business philosophy— "Leasehold model" and profit model— "1+X".Analyze the strategies on BOT Model of RV Campground. Construct a reasonable operational framework, function and scientific preparatory work. Propose some promoting strategies from law, participants and marketing in order to promote the development of RV campground project based on the BOT.
