Value Evaluation Of Recreational Resources In Jiulong Valley National Forest Park

Under the background of rural revitalization,how to help the mountainous development industry according to local conditions and achieve poverty alleviation has become an important issue.As a kind of development suitable for mountainous development,the forest park has also entered the people’s field of vision.The forest park tourism can not only effectively use the forest resources,but also meet the people’s leisure needs and drive the economic development of the surrounding areas.The Jiulong Valley National Forest Park has been developed for more than ten years and is one of the pillars of the tourism industry in Putian.Studying the value structure of its recreational resources will help to help its future development and also help develop forest parks for other regions.for reference.This paper first introduces the research background,and summarizes the domestic and international research status of recreational resources value,focusing on the current domestic and international mainstream recreation resource value evaluation methods: Tourism Expense Method(TCM),Conditional Value Method(CVM)and selection experiment.The method(CE)is reviewed.After merging the relevant research results at home and abroad and the actual situation of the Jiulong Valley National Forest Park,it is considered that the scientific and reasonable evaluation of the value of the recreation resources of the Jiulong Valley NationalForest Park requires the comprehensive use of the travel expense method and the conditional value method.The use value and non-use value of recreational resources.Secondly,through a questionnaire survey of visitors to the Jiulong Valley National Forest Park,we can understand the basic data such as direct travel cost,source distance,stay time,time cost,etc.,and calculate travel expenses,consumer surplus,etc.based on these data,and then build travel.According to the cost demand model,the value of tourists in the Kowloon Valley National Forest Park in 2017 was calculated to be 392 million yuan.The questionnaire survey was used to understand the value of the willingness of tourists.The non-use value of the Jiulong Valley National Forest Park was 34 million yuan.It can be seen that the total economic value of the recreation resources of the Kowloon Valley National Forest Park is 426 million yuan.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the previous research conclusions,it proposes countermeasures to promote the development of tourism in Jiulong Valley National Forest Park.
