The Research About The Relationship Of Technological Resources, Relational Risks And Structural Patterns Based On Technology Innovation Alliance

As the market competition is increasingly fierce and the speed of technological development accelerates, working out strategies about technological innovation according to changes in the external environment will become a source of enterprises to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage and lead the industry development trend. Therefore enterprise technology innovation alliances which committed to share technical resources and responsibility of technology research risk become an important means to promote development of enterprise.Currently, researches about the enterprise technology innovation alliance need to be deepened in the domestic. First, domestic scholars are largely committed to research the issues which are crucial to alliance success such as resource inputs, risk identification and structural pattern selection, but they did not make a special elaboration based on enterprise technology Innovation Alliance features. Secondly, when analyzing the influence relations among resources、risks and alliance structural pattern selection, most of the previous studies only focus on the relationships between two of three factors, that is researches on the influences of resources for risk、 resources for resource alliance structure pattern selection or risk for alliance structure pattern selection. When researching the relationships between resources and alliance structure pattern selection, they did not consider whether the risks play intermediary role in it. Because of ignoring the indirect effect, different researchers even come to very different conclusions of the study. Therefore, to compensate for this deficiency, according to the characteristics of the enterprise technology innovation alliances, this paper exploring the relationship among technological resources, relational risk and structural patterns with relational risk as mediating variables has certain theoretical significance.This study combines of theoretical research and empirical analysis. First, systematic reviewing and synthesis on the theories of enterprise technical innovation alliance, technological resources, relational risk and alliances structure pattern on the basis of previous studies. This study built the conceptual model about the relationship between technical resources and alliance structural pattern with relational risk as mediating variables with the enterprise technological resources as the research object and puts forward the corresponding assumptions. Secondly, this study uses a questionnaire survey to collect research data through statistical analysis software SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0.And then using descriptive statistics, reliability, validity, regression and structural equation modeling methods analyze the obtained data. So that I can draw a conclusions which relational risk play a significant mediating effect on the relationship between technical resources and alliance structure patterns. Finally, this study summarizes the relevant conclusions and study limitations, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to avoid the risk of technical innovation alliance, hopes to provide a reference for enterprises practices and usages.
