| With the development of technology and economy globalization, more and more enterprises realize that it will be more difficult to exist and develop in the market environment with so intense competition. So, many enterprises begin to transform their relationship from antagonism to cooperation, and technology alliance is one of the cooperation modes which results from the desire of technical innovation. It's an important type of organizational innovation.This paper mainly discusses how enterprise alliance operates and how to develop technology alliance in China. Firstly, it systematically expounds the innovative effects of alliance which mainly lies in three aspects: economic effect of scale, economic effect of symbiosis and innovative effect of aggregation. Secondly, it discusses the types and organizational modes of alliance, analyzes the way each mode operates and compares both the advantages and disadvantages. Thirdly, based on the practical experiences of western developed country's enterprises which have succeeded in alliance, this paper emphasizes on the current situation and problems of technology alliance and technical innovation in Chinese enterprises, and proposes several modes of alliance for them to follow. They are: peripheral matching alliance, value chain alliance, stages alliance and industry-college-research agent combined alliance. At the end, it goes on to propose how to develop technology alliance and how to promote technical innovation in China. It suggests that our government should play its micro-regulation and controlling function to cultivate and support enterprise alliance in our country. |
