At present,the international business community is popular with such a concept,the first-class enterprise sells the standard,the second stream enterprise sells the patent,the third-rate enterprise sells the service,the four stream enterprise sells the product.This concept profoundly reveals a game rule in today's highly competitive market,who sets the standard and who will be the winner and the winner of the market.In the end,market competition is the standard competition,who has mastered the standard and who has the right to speak the market.Whoever controls the standard means that they will get the market tickets first.The technology standard alliance as a in order to make clear the research and development,the diffusion of technology standard,industrialization,and finally established as the goal of the cooperative organization,is of great significance for standardization of propulsion.In recent years,thanks to China's enterprises to improve the intellectual property rights awareness,promotion of the capability of independent innovation,and the attention of the government policy guidance,dominated by China IGRS technical standard alliance,TD-SCDMA technology standard alliance,AVS technology standard alliance one after another.This has played an important role in determining the technical standard of relevant industries in China and improving the technological innovation capability of enterprises,and has improved the international competitiveness of relevant industries in China.But and technology than in the developed countries,technical standards alliances also belongs to the emerging things in our country,so no matter from the government policy guidance,and experience and the organization of the professional aspect,including the recognition of the industry standard for alliance is still in its infancy.Therefore,it is imperative to establish a good ecological environment for the development alliance.This paper mainly studies the influence of technical standard alliance on technological innovation of member enterprises.In combination with related literature at home and abroad,first of all define the technical standards,technical standard alliance,technological innovation and other related concepts,and theoretical analysis of alliance operation mechanism,form reason and relevant technological innovation theory.Then,the influence of the technical standard alliance on the investment resources and output capacity of enterprise technological innovation is analyzed.Then,this paper applies the method of combining theoretical analysis and case analysis,to our country 3 c product technology standard alliance--network example,the selection of four core enterprise in the alliance of TCL,Hisense,Lenovo,Huawei for case study,the conclusion alliance was established to promote the enterprise technology innovation resources,increase output.Finally,it puts forward reasonable policy Suggestions from government guidance,alliance governance and enterprise participation,so as to provide reference for further promoting enterprise innovation and development.
