| This paper discusses the enterprise technical innovation in China from the perspective of organization. The defect in the organization and the impediment in it is the major reason why our country is so weak in enterprise technical innovation, so it's a key section to search a proper organization way for our enterprise technical innovation to turn the lagging situation in China. Beginning from the organization modes, the paper first analyzes the modes mainly adopted by the overseas enterprises. Relating it to the economic status quos and the actuality of the enterprises in China, it concludes that corresponding to the trend of technical innovation, establishing the technical alliance among enterprises is the most effective and optimized way for enterprise technical innovation. Then the paper goes on to illustrate the basic modes of the technical alliance and how the enterprises will decide the mode. It systematically expounds the innovative effect of the alliance and the organizing risk underlying the alliance and how enterprises can guard against it effectively. Also it summarizes on the whole the development situation of the enterprise technical alliance in China, and it at the end suggests how the government should play its micro-regulation function, cultivate and support the enterprise technical alliance in China. |
