With the accelerating of Vietnam market economy and the deepening of the process of industrialization of new media, new media advertising to Vietnam from no to have, the vigorous development, in a short span of ten years quickly towards the prosperity phase. In the development process, the Vietnamese new media advertising not only presents a unique development path with Vietnam, and showed the characteristics of the development situation in vietnam. The new media advertising is one of the main contents of the new media industry, so far, advertising revenue is the main source of income of the new media industry.Firstly, the thesis studies the development of Vietnamese new media advertising, and divided it into three parts, the first part is the history of Vietnam’s new media advertisement development; the second part is the operation and management of the Vietnamese new media advertisement; the third part is the Vietnam faced new media advertising opportunities and challenges. The paper analyzes in detail the Vietnam new media advertisement operation in recent years, and the use of literature analysis describes the development process in Vietnam and made new media advertising results. Through the study of relevant laws and regulations, the author thinks that the advertising law of Vietnam is not perfect, and some need to add content. Vietnam’s reform and opening up and join the world trade organization to the Vietnamese economy has brought a lot of opportunities, but also to bring a lot of new media advertising development opportunities, but also faces many challenges.Secondly, the thesis describes the system exists the Vietnam new media advertisement problem, mainly in four aspects of the problem, that is, the more new media advertising creative and production problems; Vietnam new media advertising government policies and regulations management loophole, new media advertising companies and advertising the main existing problems; the problem facing the new challenge media changes constantly updated.Finally, the article has carried on the forecast to the future development trend of new media advertising in Vietnam, that in the context of globalization, the Vietnamese new media advertising will go to the brand, scale, meticulous, internationalization, and interpret the images, emotional, entertainment will become the main trend in the future development of the new media advertising.This paper mainly uses the examples of argumentation and inductive demonstration method, with the development of the situation, the new media advertising from a practical point of view the direction of development, competition environment and the marketing strategy is analyzed and studied, from multiple perspectives, has combed the development of new media advertising, and focus on the attempt in the summary of current situation of the development of new media advertising new media advertising, social issues business face, and for certain innovation in new media advertisement management strategy etc.
