With China’s accession to the WTO, the domestic economy has been rapid development, many large international pharmaceutical companies value the Chinese market, have entered the Chinese market. Therefore, in the opportunities and challenges come, pharmaceutical enterprises deeply pressure comes, in the increasingly fierce competition, in addition to the resources market, "talent" competition also compete for the focus. For ordinary pharmaceutical companies, not just to meet to survive, and should implement the positive personnel management strategy, to create a first-class team, to produce the excellent products, make the enterprise more competitive in the core, development to achieve the ultimate, realize the grand blueprint for the enterprise. Therefore, the flow of talent has become inevitable, but frequent flow of talent, is bound to affect the company’s stability and sustainability of. Staff turnover has become troubled small and medium enterprises management problems, especially the strong dependence on the technology of the pharmaceutical industry, the turnover rate has reached a surprising degree.This paper SQSW company personnel loss as a case, the integrated use of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management of modern management knowledge, by means of questionnaire survey, expounds the present situation of the loss of the company’s talents, and in-depth analysis of the effects of brain drain reason. The loss of talent, not only caused enterprise human capital replacement and bring trouble to the personnel of the enterprise, administrative management, affect the company’s production and research and development work carried out smoothly; at the same time, also can affect the employees work stability, which leads to more negative impact. Therefore, how to reduce the loss of talent, has become the pharmaceutical enterprises must face the problem.Based on the above understanding, this article attempts to through the loss of talented people related theory research, and in the perspective of a case study of an enterprise, to explore issues related to, analysis of the proposed into the measures for strengthening recruitment management, performance appraisal and the establishment of early-warning mechanism of the talent, for pharmaceutical enterprises to reduce the loss of talented people, given their prospects.
