In recent years,As a booming economic form full filled with high tech and huge market potential, e-commerce is expending unstoppably. e-commerce is rapidly receiving acceptance, but every coin has two side, various tort and illegal phenomena occur frequently. therefore,Solving the problem and keeping the e-commerce developing placidly and healthily in good order is becoming a huge challenge the government of all levels have to meet during the development of e-commerce.As departments which assuming regulatory responsibilities of e-commerce, all levels of the administration for industry and commerce are facing a problem that how to find valid ways in law and perform supervisory duties to keep e-commerce developing healthily and smoothly with the expending of supervision field.This thesis fall into five parts,the first part generally introduces the background,purpose,method of this research and so on. The second part summarizes the Y city’s e-commerce businesses current situation. The third part basically expounds the supervision practice and problems of Y city administration for industry. The fourth part briefly analyses the factors which affecting the supervision effect of e-commerce. The fifth part finally proposes valid ways to reinforce the supervision for e-business.In order to seek the effective way to improve the regulatory system of e-commerce.This dissertation focus on the problems exposed in the process of e-commerce supervision and analyse the current domestic and international e-commerce situation, based upon optimizing the legislation, operating mechanism, object and subject of supervision,combined with MPA knowledge learnt and daily work and juridical practices,as the perspective of Y city administration for industry and commerce.The system of e-commerce supervision for administration of industry and commerce needs to be changed and strengthened quickly,but there is no ready-made mode for us.thus,we can find a way to success only through no-stop researching and practicing...
